A social worker with a Master's degree in Women's Studies and a certificate in organizational management and consultation in a Psychoanalytical-systemic approach. She has been managing frameworks for women who have been victims of sexual trauma and women who have been on the prostitution continuum for over 15 years. Currently, she manages the intensive inpatient program at the Lev Hasharon Hospital. She is CEO of The Israeli Society for Sexual Trauma Treatment & Prevention (ISTT).

A physical therapist and a researcher in Neurophysiology. She is a full Professor at the Department of Physical Therapy, the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences at Tel Aviv University. She is also the co-founder and head of the Tel Aviv University Pain Research Forum. Her research focuses mainly on the pathophysiology of pain, the effects of trauma on the function of the pain system and the relationship between pain and stress. Additionally, she teaches physical therapy students about pain and therapeutic approaches for people in pain.

Being a registered nurse, she collaborates with health organizations to develop training programs for health teams working in the area of child abuse and neglect at the Haruv Institute. Previously, she worked as the Deputy Nursing Manager and was responsible for the infant clinics ("Tipat Chalav") at the Public Health Department in the Jerusalem Municipality. As the Tipat Chalav supervisor, she also coordinated the Domestic Violence field and led the National Program for At-Risk Children and Youth-360 in the health field in Jerusalem.

Pediatrician, graduate of the Hebrew University and the Hadassah Medical Center, and a fellowship in Community Child Health in Melbourne, Australia. She studied and trained under the supervision of Professor Frank Oberklaid, the founder of the center. She works as a developmental pediatrician at the child development centers of Leumit Health Services. At Goshen Center, she is responsible for building training programs, supervising professional content, and developing areas of activity. In recent years, she has focused on providing services in the field of children's and adolescent mental health.

She has extensive experience in team management, initiating cross-sector partnerships, leading projects, and developing values-based policies, with expertise in human rights, environment, and sustainability.
She has a bachelor’s degree in law from the Hebrew University and a master’s degree in natural resources and environmental management from the University of Haifa. She serves as an adjunct lecturer at Ben-Gurion University.
